Use of our services

The data are stored on Bliinkt's own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine these data with other personal data that we have. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Information about your activities on our website
- Bank account number 

Bliinkt processes your personal data with the following goals: 

- Handling your payment
- Being able to call or email you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services
- Offer you the option to create an account
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Bliinkt also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. We use a retention period of seven years due to tax obligations when keeping records of debtors, creditors, customers or buyers. Bliinkt takes the protection of your data very serious and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. Communication
When you send mail or other messages to us, we may save those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is relevant to the situation. We can also use this to optimize our website. For this, BLiinkt uses Google Analytics with which Bliinkt has concluded an editing agreement. The IP address is masked, data sharing has been disabled and Bliinkt does not use any other services with the Google Analytics cookies. You have the right to view, amend or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Bliinkt.You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@bliinkt.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy.
